Menopause is a time of amazing transition for us women. It’s our body’s natural way of nurturing us into a later, gentler phase of life.

Unfortunately, many women experience menopause as a difficult time riddled by symptoms like extreme mood swings, hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, and/or a general feeling of being “out of it” or “confused”.

This workshop will help women understand the changes happening in their bodies so that they can nurture themselves to live better through this time of transition.

  • How to revitalize your body’s ability to change using a clean eating diet

  • How what’s in your head is keeping the weight on & the confidence low – and how to re-frame yourself for nurturing
